Since sharing our first home, a charming 2-bedroom cottage in Arnold, Maryland, we've worked together to thoughtfully update and improve houses, transforming them into their best versions. From the start, Mike has been able to interpret Emily's ideas and designs, successfully bringing them to life in well-executed final products.
In 2011, as we were expecting our first child, we knew we'd soon outgrow the cottage, so we built our new family home nearby on Askewton Road. It was during this process that we decided it was time for Mike to branch out independently in the custom home building industry and open Bayberry Homes. Over the next decade, we worked together to raise our three young children, refine our cherished Dutch Colonial, while nourishing the developing building company. Thirteen years later, with more than 40 successful homes built, we are working together as a team to offer seamless integration of innovative builds and refined design, treating each home with the same care as our own.
Today, we lead and operate Bayberry & Co., a full-service design + build firm. We strive to produce a truly customized build and design experience, delivering each client the home of their dreams.
